The ROB Trust is a small charity established in 2021 by Rob’s family. Our trustees include Rob’s parents, John and Beverley, for whom further details are provided below.

John Boyce

John is a retired lawyer (non-practising solicitor and former member of the Brussels Bar). Prior to his retirement in 2021, he specialised in European competition law in the Brussels office of international law firm Slaughter and May. Since retiring, he has spent an increasing amount of time on issues that form the focus of The ROB Trust and the charities and good causes we support.

Beverley Johnson

Beverley is a painter and photographer. Her work focuses on surfaces – the bark of a tree, a rock face, walls, fences, doors – and how they change over time. Although abstract, there is also a human connection as time and experiences leave their marks on us too. You will find a selection of her work on her website (which also lists past and upcoming exhibitions) where you can subscribe to her mailing list. You can also see some of her work at her studio in the Hof van Melijn in Tervuren, Belgium. She donates 10% of her annual sales of her artwork to The ROB Trust.
